Mike was pretty aggressive in getting my business (professional and firm), and once he had it, he got things done.   He was very professional.  He was very quick to return my calls, even calling me while he was working out at the gym - this impressed me.  He gave me straightforward answers and told me what he could and couldn't do - as opposed to many loan people who will tell you anything to get your business.  The loan took about 60 days to close, but you have to consider Xmas and also some down time on my part while I found info for Mike.   Under normal circumstances, he probably could have got it done quicker.  Near closing, we were able to drop the rate even further. 

I would recommend Mike to your clients.  I have recommended him to my brother who is also shopping for a loan - this is probably the highest recommendation I could give.
